Our shipping charges are based on FedEx Ground or Canada Post rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. We include an estimated shipping rate with your part quote. Please make sure you fill in the address field in your order form to get an accurate shipping rate.
We use FedEx ground as default method of shipment. If you wish to use another shipping method, please contact us by phone or email and let us know.

If you are outside of Canada and wish to place an International order, we will provide you with a quote before placing your order.
Unless otherwise specified or requested, your package will be sent via FedEx Express.

We always provide you a quote for shipment to your address you provided before placing an order. Please make sure to include your address when placing an order.
When you place your international order, your shipping charges will be sent to you along with your invoice.
***Please note: International shipments may be liable for local customs and duties. These customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine what local customs and duties might be, contact your local customs office for further information.
Refused and Abandoned Packages:
If package is refused, returned or abandoned at the time of delivery for whatever reason, customer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost, and minus any Customs Fees, Import Fees, Duty Fees, Taxes, Brokerage Fees, that are incurred as the result of the item being returned to Canada.

Since FedEx Express do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our store on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
If you like your package to be shipped with FedEx Next Day service which that they will deliver on Saturday, please let us know and we will be happy to give you a quote.

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of prototyping process completion, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 2:00 pm PST. During times of high volume, the lead time for Ground shipping may vary slightly.

These orders are given top priority. Express orders are shipped the same day of prototyping process completion, excluding weekends. Please note that USPS Priority packages are given standard, not expedited priority.

You can pay for your prototype by the following payment methods:
1) PayPal: Preferred payment method for online orders. Please sign up for a PayPal Account in order to process your order. The payment will appear as PAYPAL *KEY3D on your statement.
2) Cheque: Preferred payment method for local orders.
3) Cash: For local orders only.

The following tax will be applied to your order:
Canada:
British Columbia - 12% HST is a applicable.
Ontario - 13% HST is applicable.
Alberta - PST is applicable.
Other province - applicable taxes.
USA: there are no duties on Rapid Prototypes.
International: depending on your country of origin you may be required to pay import duty.
